General Information Regarding the Conditions Governing Replacement Inverters

Solutronic grants end customers/operators of its SOLPLUS inverters a 6-year manufacturer's warranty beginning on the date of purchase. On request, this manufacturer's warranty can be extended for an additional charge. Please contact your dealer for details. After the claim has been issued, Solutronic decides how and where repairs or replacement are to take place and determines whether the defective unit must be replaced by a replacement unit. On-site repairs, replacement units and damages resulting from drops in yield are not covered by this warranty. Flat rate charge for examining intact inverters

In the event of inverters returned within the framework of our replacement service being found during the course of examination and testing in our workshop to be in perfect working order, we shall invoice the customer a flat rate charge of €100 + VAT + Shipping per unit. Excepted from this are inverters that have become damaged due either to fault on the part of the customer or to a power surge.

An inverter that is suffering damage of the kind described above must be made ready for pick-up by a parcel service no later than ten (10) working days after making of the warranty claim, and it shall become the property of Solutronic the moment the customer takes delivery of the replacement unit.

In the event of the defective inverter not arriving at Solutronic within a period of four (4) weeks subsequent to shipping of the replacement unit by Solutronic, the customer shall be invoiced by Solutronic in accordance with the warranty conditions.
